Interested in adding energy to your life? Start juicing soon. You can purchase a reasonably good juicer for about $200.00. The Omega and Champion juicers both are good and have models in that price range. Or if you are lucky, you can buy a used juicer for as low as $60 second hand. I picked mine up for a little less than that at a garage sale. It had only been used once or twice.

What will you juice? My favorites are vegetable juices. I mix beets, carrots, celery, greens. Pick three or four veggies and cut in reasonable sizes and juice. If you are not an early morning person, juice the night before and store in a glass jar in the fridge overnight.

Before juicing, I used to make smoothies. All you need is a blender. You can add powdered proetein or yougurt to a variety of fruit mixes. It’s fast and a great way to start a day. Make some extra and take to work as a snack to keep your energy and mind strong.
