How I lost 37 pounds in 4 months: food lists

by

Here’s the deal: I work with Dr Daniel Cobb re: many health issues. We started this journey focusing on a very tired and hurt knee.

Although the whole page may not have copied, there are more foods and another column or so per page, the following example will give you an idea of how this method works. Dr Daniel Cobb 505.424.9527.
He can do phone consultations. Toward the end, the columns are not clearly formated. Each X would be in one of the above categories. If you would like more information either call Dan for an appointment, or contact me on www.twitter.com/Makkinart or leave a comment here. Thanks!

Ex= excellent GD= Good OK=OK NT=neutral AV= Avoid.
Dr Dan does long distance muscle testing on 5 pages of different foods. One can then choose the foods on the list for meals. I eat hearty portions of my choices. I actually usually avoid OK, Neutral, and Avoid. This is not totally necessary, yet seems to have helped me continually lose weight. I also feel about ten years younger. I walk much better too. My therapy also includes acupuncture, EFT, nutritional supplements, and lymph drainage. We occassionally add other procedures as needed.

My firsts list totally changed my fairly healthy diet. I focused on what I could eat. I focused on improving my health. Sometimes I just couldn’t satisfy myself and ate very little. Soon however, I became an enthusiast: especially as pounds melted away.
